Insurance Coverage (Medical): Please check your existing coverage. Your own hospitalization may not apply while you are out of thecountry. We encourage you to consider the comprehensive coverage of travel insurance to protect yourself and provide for alternativecare and transportation home if unexpected illness or an accident requires that you be flown home from a distant port.
Cancellation Fees: Suppliers will impose penalties even if travel is cancelled due to illness or emergency. Again, we stronglyrecommend separate travel insurance to cover such penalties as well as mid-travel emergencies. Please carefully read the informationprovided to understand its valuable coverage. If you have questions about Travel Protection coverage, please ask your travelconsultant for a phone number to directly contact the insurance provider. If you purchased travel protection from a different company, please call them directly.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation guidelines are set by the supplier. To avoid these penalties, please adhere to the dates they specify. Please contact your agent immediately if cancellation should prove necessary. Allow up to two credit card statements for credit cardrefunds to appear.
Air Flight Arrangements: All cruises and packages which include air fare arranged by the supplier will be booked by them within 30 daysof travel. We will not know your exact flights until the documents arrive, usually 10-14 days before your trip. If you would like to have youragent research preferred flight schedules that may be available, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that the latter may beavailable at the same or a higher cost, and usually requires a modest service fee to the cruise line or package supplier if you accept thealternative. We recommend this for the best flight schedules for you. No fee is charged if you decline the suggested alternative.
